Is there a fee to submit a request?+
No — submitting a brief is completely free. You only commit once we present a piece that fits and you've agreed the price.
How long does sourcing take?+
In-demand references can take anything from 48 hours to a few weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout — no chasing required.
Do you source watches outside of Rolex?+
Yes. Rolex is our specialism but we regularly source Tudor, Omega, Cartier and select pieces from other major houses on request.
Can I view the watch before paying?+
Absolutely. Every sourced piece is available to view at our Essex showroom by private appointment before any payment is made.
